Raypa

Redesigning the Raypa website so their buyers could find the products they needed and understand why they should choose them.

Laboratory equipment

Raypa is a manufacturer of autoclaves and laboratory equipment.

Their website existed, but it wasn't helping those who had to make the purchasing decision.

the challenge

Their equipment is purchased by very different people: the lab technician, the purchasing manager, the operations director. None of them could find what they needed on the previous website. The challenge was to design an experience that worked for everyone without losing clarity.

the approach

Before opening Figma, we had to understand the problem. Together with RK People and an SEO agency, we analyzed the existing website, reorganized the content architecture, and defined each page with navigable wireframes for desktop and mobile. The structure had to make sense for the user and for SEO at the same time.

the solution

The design was developed in collaboration with Raypa's graphic designer to respect their brand identity. Special focus was placed on interactive graphics and infographics: when a product is technically complex, explaining it well is part of the design. The deliverable was a complete functional prototype with development specifications.

the result

A website designed for those who are deciding, not just for those who already know what they want. The client validated the prototype and the project was delivered ready for development.

When the product is complex, clarity is not a detail. It is the design.
